Maura Elizabeth Greaney
Maura has worked with budgets from $3 to $90 million, securing major gifts, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships. She’s crushed gala goals, partnering with actors, musicians, Olympians, and elected officials. Whether your stakeholders star in blockbusters, write million-dollar checks, mentor teens, or clean the streets, they’re essential to transformative philanthropy.
Maura worked at the Massachusetts State House and in a mayoral administration from 1995-2004. Her Boston years showed her the power of honest, empathetic leadership. Chair of Holyoke Community College Foundation’s Fundraising Committee, Maura’s Board service also included Groundswell Community Murals. Her writing on the power of public art can be read here.
A lifelong soccer player, lessons in teamwork and resilience began on the pitch. Maura is a proud Auntie to four amazing teens and lives in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Her clients include the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, MA; the Emma L. Bowen Center for Mental Health in Upper Manhattan; and Rebuilding Together NYC.
